at first

I’m sorry

Because we can’t speak english

I am using DeepL translate, so it may be a strange sentence,

but I would like you to understand

Thank you

Today we will be looking at a remote control storage design for an autofocus zoom film compact camera released by OLYMPUS in 1991.

OLYMPUS IZM230 QUARTZDATE (Reference product)

To my surprise, the remote control is stored inside the grip section.

The bottom of the grip is the bottom of the remote control and is locked when stored.

To use the remote control, turn the knob in the center of the bottom of the remote control.

The lock is then unlocked and the remote control comes out.

The remote control can be set to turn off the shutter for 1 or 3 seconds.

Today we introduced the remote control storage design of OLYMPUS’ 1991 release of an autofocus zoom compact camera.

This IZM series is a well-designed series, as we have shown before.

And I found out that not only the design, but also the idea of the remote control storage is very nice.

Please look forward to more great design and function ideas for film cameras in the future!

Thank you again for reading this column.
