This business trip was to accompany a hotel chef on a site
visit for an initiative of my other company, YM Logistics Co.
I accompanied the hotel chef on this trip to inspect the site.
In order to include Yakumo Town’s wonderful specialties in
our menu, we asked the mayor and town hall officials to
show us around the various production areas.

We arrived in Yakumo Town around 12:00 noon, so we had
a lunch meeting at Harvester Yakumo.
This Harvester Yakumo has a long history, starting as a
production test site for the famous Kentucky Fried Chicken
in Japan.

Immediately after the meal, we went to the town hall and
had a meeting with the mayor and town hall staff

After this, we headed to a wagyu beef farm.

Lots of salmon swimming in the huge tank at this fish farm.
I was shooting from 4 to 5 meters away from the surface of
the water.
I apologize for the difficulty in seeing the salmon.

tank to take pictures.
