This column is dedicated to

We present an OLYMPUS film compact camera with autofocus zoom, released in 1991.

OLYMPUS IZM230 QUARTZDATE (Reference product)

It is made of plastic and has a black-colored appearance.

On the front side is the built-in flash, autofocus receiver, and viewfinder.

The mounted lens will be a 38mm to 90mm zoom lens.

On the top face, there is a power switch, an operation display LCD, a zoom button, a macro button, and a shutter release button.

Rear view.
Next to the viewfinder is a subject button and flash setting button for switching shooting modes.
Below that is the date display LCD panel, LCD button, and date setting button.

The bottom of the camera has a tripod seat and the remote control is stored in the grip section.

This time we would like to introduce an OLYMPUS zoom auto-focus compact camera released in 1991.

We previously introduced the IZM 300, which is a slightly more compact camera than the IZM 300.

OLYMPUS compact cameras have many small design details that I really like.

We look forward to introducing you to many more things about the OLYMPUS IZM series in the future!

Thank you for reading my column today.
