I am using DeepL translate, so it may be a strange sentence,

but I would like you to understand

Thank you

Today we will be looking at the flash design of an auto-focus film compact camera released by OLYMPUS in 1983.

OLYMPUS AFL (Reference product)

The flash is located on the opposite side of the grip.

When in use, slide the switch labeled “Flash” in the direction of the arrow to pop up the flash body.

When not in use, push the flash body back by hand as indicated on the back of the flash body.

Today we have a flash design from OLYMPUS’ 1983 release of an auto-focus compact camera.

This camera has a flash that pops out by itself when the flash is in use.

I thought it was a very fresh and good idea.

We will continue to introduce various interesting features of film compact cameras in the future, so please look forward to it!

Thank you again for reading this column.
