but I would like you to understand

Thank you

In this issue, we would like to introduce the pasted leather of Asahi Optics’s manual focus film SLR camera released in 1973.

ASAHI PENTAX SPOTMATIC F (Reference product)

The leather on the front of the SPOTMATIC F body has a different area on the left and right sides centered on the lens mount, and the upper and lower brackets that hold the leather firmly in place.

The hinge side of the film chamber is fixed in such a way that the pasted leather does not come off.

The other side is also firmly covered with pasted leather.

The back side also has upper and lower paste leather brackets holding the paste leather.
The pattern of the leather is similar to a circular pattern.

This time we introduced the paste leather of Asahi Optics’s manual focus film SLR camera released in 1973.

Thanks to the edge suppression bracket of the solid leather, which is inherited from the SV released in 1962 that we introduced last time, the camera has no peeling or floating of the leather and the leather has not deteriorated at all.

I will continue to write columns on various parts and mechanisms of the camera, so please look forward to them!

Thank you for reading my column today.
