but I would like you to understand

Thank you

In this issue, we would like to introduce the pasted leather of Asahi Optics’s manual focus film SLR camera released in 1962.

ASAHI PENTAX SV (Reference product)

The area of the SV’s body front paste leather is different on the left and right sides when centered on the lens mount.

The hinge side of the film chamber is firmly fixed with paste leather and there is no peeling.

On the other side, the lid opening and closing of the film chamber is also firmly covered with pasted leather.

The back side also has a firmly attached leather fit.
You can clearly see the horizontal pattern of the leather.

This time we introduced a paste leather from a manual focus film SLR camera released in 1962 by Asahi Optics.

The edge of the paste leather is well restrained, so there is no deterioration of the material over time at all, and the camera remains in a condition that is hard to believe that it is very much a 60 year old camera.

I will continue to write columns on various aspects of the camera, so please look forward to them!

Thank you for reading my column today.
